Now that I've started running a toon as a DPS I've come to realize all about different kinds of tanks. I've had way to many 14-year-old e-peen stroking tanks yell at me for pulling aggro doing 2k dps to my bewilderment to continue asking 'and you're a tank?' In any case, this made me chuckle a bit:

Hehe... im the Reluctant Tank
Quote:
This isn’t really a tank. It’s a DPS or Healer in a Tank Suit. Skills and bar-layout are probably both a little rusty, but the Reluctant Tank will probably at least give it her best shot. Unless, of course, you’ve been asking her to tank for the last three months straight, and she hates it and would rather be DPSing. (See: Cranky Tank)

My 'style' is Timid Tank
Quote:
This is the tank that’s still unsure about this whole tanking thing. He doesn’t really take much initiative, and she’s not really fond of taking risks. A timid tank will be slower, but not necessarily worse, than other tanks.

Until i loose agro... then i become Flail Tank
Quote:
Possibly a newer tank, or possibly just had WAY too much caffeine today, the Flail Tank is constantly running around, mashing buttons wildly (and sometimes not even the right ones). Having a Flail Tank means there’s hardly a dull moment.

Hehe, I laughed at lost tank. I basically start every pug telling people, i can tank it, you just have to point me at it first.
